Paper Selection and Publication Process:
1.    Upon receipt of paper submission, the Editor sends Submission Email to the corresponding author within 1-3 working days. If you fail to receive this confirmation, please contact the Editor.
2.    We use double-blind peer-review system; both reviewers and authors’ identities remain anonymous. The manuscript will be peer-reviewed by two reviewers; The review process may take 2-4 weeks.
3.    Authors will receive the notification of the review results by E-mail.
4.    Authors should revise the papers and pay publication fee (100USD).
5.    After publication, the Editor will send the soft copy of the current issue to the authors’ email.
6.    The published papers will be free of charge for download.
